    From today, you can fill out a report or a checklist simply by speaking or typing what happened; Mela’s AI will automatically complete the fields.

    The update that revolutionizes life on-site is here: to fill in a work report (with people, materials, equipment, etc.), just speak to our virtual assistant and describe what happened on-site… and the report will be generated automatically!

    • Improved delivery note auto-reading and receipt scanning 🧾

    The automatic reading of delivery notes and invoices has been improved—data transcription accuracy (including invoice discounts and additional items) is now close to 100%. You can also generate a report from a photo of a receipt.

    • Centralized tag management 🏷️

    Admins can centrally manage which tags can be used by all company users.

    With the new Clock-In feature, workers can clock in/out from the site directly through the app and automatically generate a work report.

    • Option to approve checklists and reports while keeping them editable ✔️

    Once approved by a supervisor, checklists or reports remain editable for further corrections.
